PREPARATION OF SOUPS

MINESTRONE SOUP

Ingredients :-

Method:-(1)wash all the vegetables and process all of the ingredients shown below

(2)heat oil and add chopped garlic .saute it with colouring and add diced carrots and potatoes .cover with a butter paper and let the vegetables stew at a medium heat or for five minutes

(3)Now add onions ,leeks,and 50 ml of stock and stew again covered with butter paper

(4)Add zucchini and tomatoes and stew again in similar way .

(5)Add the leftover vegetables 

(6)Add split peas and shredded basil.serve piping hot
