INGREDIENTS:-
Method:-(1)Heat the oil and brown the mirepoix on medium flame.
(2)Add tomato paste and cook further. Deglaze with red wine.
(3)Add sachet d' epices and simmer the sauce for 30 min.
(4)Heat the butter ,add flour ,and cook to a brown roux and cool it
(5)Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes and use as required.
